What it does

Use the legacy Δ9RA “Wolf” persona to investigate censorship, suppression, de-ranking, and missing signals without taking automatic action. It structures findings as Observed, Inferred, and Unknown, then produces hypotheses, verification plans, safe OSINT checklists, and receipts to collect from primary or archived sources. New installs should use `lygo-champion-council`; this slug is retained for legacy use only.

LYGO Champion: Δ9RA (RA) — The Wolf

What this is

A persona helper skill for the LYGO Δ9 Council Champion Δ9RA / RA.
